Terms of Service
1. General Information
• I do have the right to accept or decline the commission.• I will send the final artwork via Email.• If you're interested in commissioning me, fill out the order form attached below or shoot me an Email (only for commercial use).• Payment can be done via Paypal (USD) or Bank Transfer (IDR).• Commission will start after the payment (either 50% or full payment).• If you want your commission done by a deadline, please let me know at the beginning and there will be rush fee.• Commission final file that has been sent via email is considered as a finished work and cannot be revised (except if I'm the one who make a mistake on the file/render).• Refund will only be given for commission that has no progress/update in 1 Week.• You can cancel mid-way but I will only refund 50% of the total commission fee.
Note: If you already paid 50% upfront, there will be no refund. If I'm the one who cancels mid-way, I will refund 100%.• I'm not accepting any blockchain-related technology (NFTs, cryptocurrency, etc.) commission/project.• Commercial and Company projects could be discussed more via Email.• If you have any questions about my commission, please let me know 😊

3. Copyright
• I do have the right to publish my art on my own website and social media as a portfolio. If you want the commission to not be published, please let me know.• You (as the commissioner) do have the right to publish/upload your commissioned art from me to any website or social media (credit is not needed but very appreciated).• You (as the commissioner) do not have any right to remove the watermark/credit that is attached to the artwork.• You (as the commissioner) do not have any right to use your commissioned artwork as a commercial object on a non-commercial commission.• You (as the commissioner) do not have any right to sell/claim the artwork as your own.• You (as the commissioner) and other people do not have any right to use the artwork in any blockchain-related technology (NFTs, cryptocurrency, etc).• You (as the commissioner) and other people do not have any right to use the artwork to train any kind of AI to auto generate "artworks".• You (as the commissioner) and other people do not have any right to use the artwork for AI art or any tracing tools.• Other people besides You (as the commissioner) and me DO NOT have any right to publish, upload, and edit the commission artwork to any website or social media unless they have my / commissioner's permission.
Workflow
For first-time customers here’s what to expect or my workflow on the commission:
1. Fill out the order form here. I'll send you a confirmation email ([email protected]) within 1x24 hours. If I don't respond within 24 hours, please use my social media to contact me.2. After the order review, I will provide you with a rough sketch(es) within 1-3 days. You can do up to 3 major and some minor revisions on the sketch(es).3. After the agreement on the final sketch, you may proceed with the payment (50% or full) through PayPal (USD) / Bank Transfer (IDR).4. I will send you updates during the lining, base color, and finishing phases. You can also view your commission status here.5. You can make minor revisions/changes (color/shape changes in small areas of the piece) and 3 major revisions to the ongoing commission.6. After the work is finished without more revision, I will send you the high-resolution PNG/JPG file via Email.
*If you paid 50% upfront, you may proceed to the final 50% payment to receive the high-resolution file.
Order Form/Template:
When putting your order please make sure to include:
1. Visual reference of your character/ items/ details that you need.2. Type of commission (portrait, chibi, reference sheet, or emotes)3. Any rush fee to add?4. Permission to publish (WIP/ final), please do inform if you want it to be held until a specific date.5. Payment method (PayPal/Bank Transfer, 50:50/ full payment).
Note: If you want to pay through PayPal, please include your PayPal address.
